Join us for an evening focused on helping you gain clarity, direction, and renewed purpose in both life and work. Hosted by Bridgewater Advisory Group, this interactive Spark Joy workshop is built around aligning your goals with what matters most and creating more intentional Joy Moments along the way. Nationally recognized speaker, advisor, and author Rodney Mueller will lead the session and share thoughtful insights on connecting achievement with meaning.
This is not just a listen-and-learn session — it’s hands-on and participatory. Together, we’ll work through the Spark Joy Workbook, explore practical exercises, and walk through guided activities designed to help you refocus your priorities, shape a clearer vision, and identify meaningful next steps you can put into action.
There is no cost to attend, and a generous selection of hors d’oeuvres will be served, but space is limited. Please complete the RSVP form below to request your seat for the evening.
Here is what you will learn in this workshop:

About Rodney Mueller

Rodney Mueller has spent his life chasing growth, purpose, and adventure and helping others do the same. He got his start at 17 in the Army, where he earned five promotions by age 21 on his way to becoming an award-winning Drill Sergeant. Over the course of a 25-year career in the Army Reserves, he learned the discipline, leadership, and resilience that continue to shape his work today. By his late 20s, after nine marathons, earning his MBA, and adventures from scuba diving to skydiving to surfing, he realized success was not just about achievement but about meaning. That is when he stepped away from the safe path and launched his coaching and advisory practice.
Since then, Rodney has worked with thousands of leaders and entrepreneurs, created The Perfect Aim MethodTM as a new way of thinking about goals, and advised companies that grew into big wins including Cremo (acquired for $245 million), Karat (valued at $1.1 billion), and LegalPad (successfully exited). Today, he serves as a certified EOS Implementer, guiding leadership teams to build businesses that truly work for them.
Rodney’s first book, Perfect Aim, is set to be published in 2026. It captures his belief that goals should connect us to the life we actually want, not just the titles or milestones we are told to chase.
At the heart of it all, Rodney is Tasha’s husband and dad to Gabby and Grace. For him, success is as much about family dinners, adventures with his daughters, and living with integrity as it is about building companies and coaching leaders.
